243. Sesion is not valid

I have updated a trial server to version &.3.1 This works perfectly.

I have updated a standard server to version 6.3.1 and when login to adminweb it says:
Sesion is not valid

Please check belows
1. A trial server could not be upgraded
2. Did you run checkDB?
3. The checkDB was successful? If you are not in available upgrade pariod, it would be failure. 
4. After ProPTT2 servers are started, you have reload the login page.
5. Uppers have no issue, you need to check Tomcat log. There would be some issues.
Linux : tail -f tail -f apache-tomcat/logs/catalina.out
Windows: logs	omcatcatalina.date.log and localhost.date.log
