428. Samsung Xcover 7 PRO

I have tried to use a Samsung Xcover 7 PRO with the screen off but it does not work. How do I configure the phone? I thing the app is configured right.

Unfortunatly we don't know that yet.
In our case, Samsung team supported the configuration.
They could set the below broadcast intent to the button for background.
android.intent.action.PTT.up
android.intent.action.PTT.down
I had heard they can use Knox configuration to configure the button.
